By downloading or using Scaffold (Lite or PRO), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

1. Use of Scaffold

Scaffold Lite is free to use under the terms of its license. Scaffold PRO is available via a one-time purchase license.
You agree to use Scaffold only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable HubSpot marketplace guidelines.

2. Ownership

Scaffold is the property of Terrier Digital LLC. You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense Scaffold or derivative works without prior written consent.

3. Support and Updates

Support for Scaffold Lite is community-based and includes documentation access.
Scaffold PRO includes direct support and onboarding as described on our website.
We may release updates or improvements periodically, which you can install at your discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scaffold is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantee that the theme will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Terrier Digital LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Scaffold.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at getscaffold.app/terms.
